I see you had a little fun with this assignment. Nice job using the magic wand to get rid of the tattoos background ground and lowering the opacity to make it look more realistic. The tattoo still looks a little flat. Try using the warp tool to wrap the tattoo around the baby's chubby little arm just a side more.
